• The Contest is open to Indian citizens aged 18 and above, inclusive, residing in India.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information in the entry form.
• Employees of the Organiser, participating agencies, influencers and their immediate family members may be excluded, subject to the final eligibility rules.
• The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these Terms & Conditions.
The Contest will open at 12:00 AM IST on 20 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM IST on 25 October 2026.
• The winners will be announced on 31 October 2026 on the official VeroBella Instagram page.
• Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
• One entry per participant is permitted, and following VeroBella on Instagram is mandatory.
Winner selection: A total of 50 winners will be selected based on the creativity and relevance of their answers to the contest question and the campaign theme, "Serve Pasta, Share Smile."
• Entries will be evaluated against consistent criteria by the Organiser or its appointed representatives.
• Incomplete, plagiarised, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
• The Organiser may disqualify entries involving false information, impersonation, manipulation, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
The winners will be announced on 31 October 2026 through the official VeroBella Instagram page.
• The Organiser may contact winners through the mobile number or email address provided in the entry form.
• Winners may be required to verify their eligibility and confirm their delivery details.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period or is found ineligible, the Organiser may select a replacement winner in accordance with the published selection criteria.
Prize: The Contest will have 50 winners, and each winner will receive one case of VeroBella pasta containing 20 packets of 400 gm each.
• Each packet serves approximately four portions, making the prize equivalent to 80 portions of pasta per winner, one pasta 1.5 meal a week for a year.
• "One year's supply" means one (1) case of VeroBella pasta as described above. It does not mean a continuous, recurring or monthly supply over twelve months.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, subject to applicable law.
Prize delivery: The prize will be delivered to each winner within 30 days of the winner announcement, to the delivery address provided in the entry form.
• Delivery is available across India, subject to PIN-code serviceability. Winners are responsible for ensuring that their contact information and delivery addresses are accurate and complete.
• The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within the stated period. Any exceptional delays will be communicated to the affected winners, subject to applicable law.
• The Organiser shall not be responsible for non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the winner, or for delays attributable to courier/service providers or events beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.
Food/allergen information: The prize may contain wheat/gluten and other allergens. Winners should check the product packaging for applicable allergen information and expiry/best-before details before consumption.

1. Contest Organiser
The VeroBella World Pasta Day Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Ebro India Private Limited, CIN: U74110DL2013PTC249235, having its registered office at 4th Floor, 7 Institutional Area, Phase II, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), under its VeroBella brand.
2. Contest Period
The Contest will commence at 12:00 AM IST on 20 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM IST on 25 October 2026 (“Contest Period”).
Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
The winners will be announced on 31 October 2026 through VeroBella’s official Instagram page.
3. Eligibility
• The Contest is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above who are residing in India.
• Participants must provide accurate, complete and valid information in the Contest entry form.
• Employees of the Organiser, participating agencies and associated campaign personnel, as well as their immediate family members, may be excluded from participation, subject to the final eligibility rules.
• Participation is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements.4. How to Participate
To participate in the Contest, eligible participants must:
1. Visit the official VeroBella Contest webpage.
2. Answer the Contest question provided below.
3. Follow @verobellapasta on Instagram.
4. Complete the required entry form with the requested information.
5. Submit their entry within the Contest Period.Contest Question:
“Is pasta your comfort food, date-night favourite, midnight craving or celebration meal? Tell us your pasta personality!”
Participants must provide the requested details, including their name, contact information and delivery address, and submit their entries within the Contest Period.
Only one entry per participant is permitted. Following VeroBella’s official Instagram account (@verobellapasta) is mandatory for participation.
Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
A total of 50 winners will be selected based on the creativity and relevance of their responses to the Contest question and the campaign theme, “Serve Pasta, Share Smiles.”
Entries will be evaluated using consistent selection criteria by the Organiser or its appointed representatives.
Incomplete, plagiarised, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
The Organiser’s selection of winners shall be final, subject to applicable law.
6. Prize Details
The Contest will have 50 winners. Each winner will receive one case of VeroBella pasta containing 20 packets, each weighing 400 g.
Each 400 g packet serves approximately four portions. Therefore, one case contains approximately 80 individual portions of pasta, equivalent to approximately 1.5 portions per week over 52 weeks.
The prize is promoted as “One Year’s Supply of VeroBella Pasta”, based on an estimated consumption of approximately 1.5 portions per week for one year. This is an indicative serving calculation and does not constitute a recurring or monthly supply of pasta over twelve months.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Winner Announcement and Notification
The winners will be announced on 31 October 2026 through VeroBella’s official Instagram page.
The Organiser may contact the selected winners using the mobile number or email address provided in the Contest entry form. Winners may be required to verify their eligibility and confirm their delivery details before the prize is dispatched.
Winners must respond to the Organiser’s notification within the specified response period. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner in accordance with the published selection criteria.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to each winner within 30 days of the winner announcement, subject to the verification of eligibility and confirmation of delivery details.
Delivery will be available across India, subject to PIN-code serviceability.
Winners are responsible for ensuring that the contact information and delivery address provided in the entry form are accurate, complete and accessible for delivery.
The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within the stated period. Any exceptional delays will be communicated to the affected winners, where reasonably practicable.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by a winner, or for delays attributable to courier or delivery service providers or events beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
9. Participant Content
Participants must ensure that their submitted answers are original and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Entries must not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate content.
The Organiser may seek the participant’s permission before featuring selected entries, participant names or social media handles in VeroBella’s marketing or campaign communications.
Participation in the Contest does not automatically grant the Organiser unlimited rights to reproduce, publish or otherwise use a participant’s content.
10. Personal Information and Privacy
Information collected through the Contest, including participants’ names, contact details, Contest answers and delivery addresses, will be used for Contest administration, winner selection, winner communication, eligibility verification and prize fulfilment.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice and data protection requirements.
Contact details and delivery addresses will be accessible only to authorised personnel and service providers who require such information to administer the Contest and fulfil the prizes.
Where required, participants’ personal information may be used to communicate information about future contests, promotional offers or other VeroBella marketing activities only with the necessary consent. Participants may withdraw such consent in accordance with the applicable privacy notice.
11. Disqualification
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry involving false or misleading information, impersonation, manipulation, fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, suspected fraud, technical failures or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
Any material changes will be communicated through VeroBella’s official channels.
13. General Conditions
The Contest is subject to the applicable laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
14. Food and Allergen Information
The prize may contain wheat, gluten and other allergens. Winners should check the product packaging for applicable allergen information and expiry or best-before details before consumption.
15. Technical Issues and Liability
The Organiser shall not be responsible for technical failures, website downtime, connectivity issues or lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise affected entries arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any liability of the Organiser shall be subject to applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
